RECOVERY
Recover with purpose.
Because what you do between sessions matters too.
TRAIN.
RECOVER.
REPEAT.
TRAIN. RECOVER. REPEAT.
SAUNA.
Step into our four-person traditional barrel sauna for a 30-minute recovery session. Adjust the heat to your liking by adding water to the stones, settle in and reset. Towels are provided - just book your session and we’ll take care of the rest.
Slow down. Switch off. Turn up the heat.
ICE BATH.
Take the plunge in our dedicated ice bath, with the temperature set for a refreshing cold-water recovery session. Ease in, focus on your breathing and embrace the cold at your own pace - whether it’s after training or as part of a dedicated recovery session.
Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
RECOVER YOUR WAY.
